NPC buffers dont have 3rd class buffs, and average online is 60-70

I decided to delete all the custom zones, and add abandoned coal mines with solo and party mobs, deep parts of it will be with party mobs, there will be 2 spots with custom bosses. It will be kind of All In One zone.

I will increase the fighter enchant rate to %60 from %45 and mages will be %55 from %35. Also, according to suggestions I will add one more zone Mithril Mines as farming area and maybe I will delete Elven Ruins. I nerfed the daggers a bit.

I wont sell enchants, my donations will be balanced and cheap.

ah i forgot to tell after +15 its not %45, its lower, like %20

since rate is kindda low, i don't think people will reach +25 :D but i will think about it to make it unlimited.

i have fixed that "google link" btw im thinking to give free AIOs to first 5 clans that are active with 20 members.
