I don't know this guy but i have to say that you don't have any reason to blame him for his acts. Even if both of the servers are him what's the reason for flaming? Just play on the server you like and stop complaining for everything. He is clever enough to make what he's done and he makes money with this. So? If you are able to play on his servers without lags/delays and all this shitty things then do it!

Attribute Max level is way too much. Also you can make blessed enchant rate 75% or 80%. I guess people will get bored by farming and farming all the time. Good luck with your server! :)
