I think its good enough what they did for a high rate server. playing on it, having fun, that's what matters. There has to be some challenge to get items or it would be boring.

High rate. I dont have time to spend on low rates, so faster get items - faster fun.

CD ,bigger DMG. CD especialy since atk.speed doesnt affect skill reuse time in gracia final -
Divine or Earth. I think ring of antharas gives anti-earth, but nothing gives anti-divine. Besides, not a lot of people use resist Holy buffs ;)
