Well no, but i assume he has 0 knowledge becouse he ripped his server's website from an other server and he totally destroyed the website mostly becouse of fails with closing divs. so he don't know the basic of html and i assume he don't know nothing about developer too

before 30years the pc was new level true they accomplise to build it, they did progress they improved their job alot all this years but they did them smaller & faster they didn't go to the next level they developed it alot and make it almost perfect. but they didn't have an view how to reach the next level
