I shared same thing (after that real wh exlpoit/bug for safe enchant) and people said it doesnt work... Its just on a server where i tried i got lucky and i got + max from 1st time, so i tough it was a safe enchant and that this actually works. Anyway i tried it before few days and item broke so no, this bug/exploit is not working...

Depends, but i use Blessing for more crit. rate even on a archer for example...

Armors can be only used by that armor class (e.g Daggerists must use light, Duelist must use heavy, its forbidden and protected otherwise, server just dont let you use it)

This server is -beep-ing crazy! Mob in safe area (I cant farm in PvP zones cause everyone kills +0... pro's) drops 5 Event Medals 1 Blessed scroll of 95% cost 2k Event Medals. Roflmao! My friend gave me 200k MedaLs cause he donated and paff didnt get 1 armor piece on +30 cause its -beep-ing breaking! Make it 100%, or people will destroy their keyboards cause of this like me now!

Going to test it right now, i think you have much customs and i think it will unbalance PvP... Just played 1 server with customs, they had too much stats so PvP (1vs1) was like 10 minutes Oo Suggestion: Make Crystal Scroll 90% (like it is) but it doesnt - Enchant (stays on same +) or Make a crystall Scroll 100%... This is IMO.
