I found the way to do it , but i have another problem now! I cant open weapongrp.dat file to edit it ! I try lots of encdec or L2FileEdit but.......... Server it's C4 Retail ! Anyone who can help me with this?

you have to DEP the program! just right click on ''My Coputer'' icon then properties .. then Advanced then click Settings at Performance then click at ''Data Excecution Prevention'' then check at ''Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those i select'' then click add... and then brownse at your file!! Restart computer and done.. ! Credits to me... !! hehe! dont need credits :D !

You can not set DEP attributes on 64-bit executables.... :( i can't!
