You can repeat this by changing the id's of teleports to different id's that haven't been already in your database.

1)In your server properties file replace the * with your external ip. 2)Check your l2.ini file inside your system folder if it has the same ip like your external.

Check the potions in your skills folder inside gameserver/data/stats/skills and try to find the problem or paste here what is written exactly so we can help you.

If the problem is that you can't see them in your inventory or you see them black in your shop that means that you haven't the correct systextures. Try to find and paste them in your lineage ii folder.

If you set this to true that means when you change class from class manager the skills will be auto learned without making a restart to take them. Search a little bit to find something like Altmultiskills and change it to false. I am not working on l2jfree so i don't know exactly what it is.

Check your altsettings file inside your gameserver/config folder.

If you don't fix the init py any pet buffers will work.

Try to get another patched system and paste there your files that you edit. If this doesn't work and the problem is on systextures that you said above maybe the ikarus weapons that you place are not for the client of your server.
