You can repeat this by changing the id's of teleports to different id's that haven't been already in your database.

Check the potions in your skills folder inside gameserver/data/stats/skills and try to find the problem or paste here what is written exactly so we can help you.

If the problem is that you can't see them in your inventory or you see them black in your shop that means that you haven't the correct systextures. Try to find and paste them in your lineage ii folder.

If you set this to true that means when you change class from class manager the skills will be auto learned without making a restart to take them. Search a little bit to find something like Altmultiskills and change it to false. I am not working on l2jfree so i don't know exactly what it is.
