You bring up for example a totally different thing. With a server the ones who work with are mostly under the age of 20 its another attitude, in your example you have ppl who do that as a job for their living not as a hobby. You live in wonderland about your perspective you see since he clearly lack of any kind of skill he couldnt even kick the developer since the developer can take over the server pc and with that the server easily within 10minutes since because of hes lack of skills make the developer do everything and have access for everything.
