the stat calc give you wrong stats in casting speed but for other stats thats the best! I use it several times when i make the class stats and it's very good.

actually yes it's not a big thing just edit the sql because the npc use skill from npcskills table or in l2jfree custom_npcskills table you need to add the npcid the skillid what you want to use in the npc and skill lvl ohh and change the npc AI to mage:)

as i said and as Vago said before you can avoid that with protection system in PHP. So thats a very good thing if you know php enough to protect the vote system from cheating.

depends on the applications you want to use and depends on the vga driver. Ati vga driver is too bad. Nvidia vga driver is very good if you find a good version of it. Look at for example the games you want to use for example if you see the Nvidia logo in the game it's optimized to nvidia cards and it's faster with it so...take a look at the applications you want to use.
