go to branded and seed/spoil/collect seal stones

i advise you to try Azure serwer, there is no adena/item donate so there are only L2 veterans on higher lvl

i think the best place to earn money is branded - make your spoil 47lvl and solo 1 room, you can spoil, seed and earn ancient adena at the same time

Yes but UD immobilizes you. Archer will simply run on range 900 and wait... then you have big problem ;]

I will say from my experience. Duelist vs OL - if OL know how to play, OL will win (dot). Duelits vs Saggi - if saggi have full buffs it will be hard time for those two.
