    Nice buffer , but would be better if it would be written as instance. 2 Reasons : 1)It will load faster. 2)You will not experience any problem as quests / customs has . It will run smoothly all the time.

    Because you have a lot of data into a html file .. You can seperate them , make 2 pages for example . by clicking at the end "next page" . As i said before it can handle 8192 characters.

Your html need to has lower than 8192 . If you try to change it from java side you will have critical errors ingame , So its a limitation that ncsoft added on client side , since they dont need more than 8192 characters in their npcs text. ..

    About this one , I prefer on using example _dimensionalRift. Just helps me to seperate some things in my projects . Would be better to update your main reply than re-reply each time , it will be difficult to read .

    Dont complicate mysql with navicat , they are 2 different tools , Navicat it is just a subprogram that helps you using mysql without need to use mysqlclient with commands ... Navicat hasnt to do anything with your console error since its just a sub program to help you and doesnt store anything except the backup files when you are pushing the backup category and run a backup .. Example of backup files 342342313212.psc (Its navicat protocol backup) . Go check your libs for the problem in your console and check if everything runs smoothly.

    We are targeting on a range of ports on way 1 , So you dont need to search on that mess of "netstat -n -b" command.... And the second way is fully accurate and fast.
