I had tried too, seems there are no such function (BroadcastToall) at all, or I had not found it well, you can try use BroadcastToNeighbour function with HUGE distance But I had not found real address of this too --- open server.exe in IDA and then search for words, for example "Broadcast" but in prelude sometimes seems this is not enough

those ukx's not compatible to other L2 client Chaos Master Cleo - who made vesper ukx, made it well "respect" seems gives no care about it
