  1. In my opinion 500 Euros is low bugdet for a good server.

Feel free to ask whatever you want pm me with your skype.

In my opinion everyone selling built serverfiles w/o source (l2j) for 100 and above should get a kick in their face selling 99% not of their work. Sad but true. ^^

    @ Nomimous:

Don't buy serverfiles. You will get scammed. And dont tell everyone ur budget ...they'll get greedy. Get familiar with the l2j software and you will be able to setup your own good server. ;)

.....and well.... dont expect any help regarding serverfiles here. You posted into client section ;)

  2. yes i know there are plenty other ways. i could replace the -de with -e and copypaste them or adding a patch language function to my updater...but that the easy way and not that professional.

If i do something...i want to do it right! i want to use the function which the client offers. :)

u mentioned the patch size...full translation is < 5MB + some MB if u wish to use a new l2font.utx and voice system messages :)

  3. As i 've noticed they have duplicate the patch and split it in -e -ru files ..

My main concern is if this was made manually or with an other way ..

    Yes i know.

for every language used you have to create specific language files for example files containing all itemnames etc. , texturefiles for worldmap and townmaps and systemvoice. those language files end with the extension "-[language]" like -e for english, -ru for russian, -kr for korean....etc.

you will also notice this when opening the localization.ini. u will see that every extension e.g. -e has its linkings to their language files (texture files too...l2font-e.utx).

the default language is set in (im not at my computer right now) core.int or engine.int (not sure now).

the problem is....the dropdown menue (ingame) for language selection wont show u other languages than english. so u cant change it. there must be another file where u can specify selectable languages for example english and russian only....or in my case i want to have english and german only.(i have full translated files / client version H5)

so im stuck at this point. :(

  4.  - open skillgrp dat with fileedit

     - search for a healskill

     - search for skill effect column

     - copy skilleffect name

     - go to the skill u want to modify

     - paste the skilleffect name into the skilleffect column

     - save and encrypt

    no big deal ;)

to have a better column overview copypaste everything into excel....you will see and find out by urself...its not a big deal

  5. check out if u deleted some empty spaces by accident....also u MUST have an empty line at the end of the file

to compare lines copypaste the column names of both versions. be sure that u dont delete empty entries (if present) at the end of each line. (normally some tab stops)

    edit:

if u have an item that uses more than one (e.g.) texture you have to be sure to set the texture counter to the equal number of textures used. have a look at the column names....you will find out by urself ;)

  6. Hello, Every file that contains items in the system folder: armorgrp entereventgrp ?? What is this? etcitemgrp hairaccessorylocgrp hennagrp ?? What is this? itemname-e itemprime weapongrp Are these all? any extra ones? Thanks ps: any1 remembers what files holds the splashscreen?

Those files are information tables for items:

armorgrp: tells the client how an item ID looks - in this case how the armor looks (for example mesh/texture)

etcitemgrp : tells the client how an item looks - in this etc items (for example mesh/texture)

hairaccessorylocgrp: tells the client the position of certain hairaccessories

itemname-e : tells the client how an item ID is named

weapongrp:  tells the client how an item ID looks - in this case how the weapon looks (for example mesh/texture)

    ...etc...

splashscreen: look for bmp files that are located in systextures folder
