Wrong. Hosting a server is legal, it's afterall an emulator built up from group, with no interaction from NCSoft's side, due to that, they can say all they want. Editing the hosts file is not illega, NCSoft doesn't own Windows, so they don't own the right to the hosts file.

There are no x64 versions of Eclipse. the x32 (x86) will work just fine on Win x64 platforms. If you can't get it running, you are doing something wrong.

You can, if you have the money for a good server machine, you have the money to create a proper domain and website. There's no way around that. Any server that uses any free-domain for their website, is worthless.

It's simple, forbid any kind of pre-packages to be posted, problem solved. The quality of this forum will jump up by miles if this is done.
