Try to access the website now, it should be working. Unless, your ISP is a weird one, and updates the DNS once a week.

try to run this command in your cmd windows: ipconfig /flushdns Otherwise, you could try to call your ISP to update your DNS, or, wait another day. DNS Updates can take up to 48 hours after changes.

How can they use OFF Files when they use the hosts method to connect ? Oo I thought only L2J servers used the hosts method

You got no money, yet you want to start a server ? Doesn't sound good. DDoS Protections cost hefty, you can expect to pay 1000's for the good stuff. And of course, SL will never be able to stop any DDoS, as that ain't their market. Check out gigenet, black lotus, and a few more if you want hardware side protection, but as I said, and I will say it again, you must pay.

Further updates: We have our website and forum designs made, integration will begin shortly. Website coding is under way. Server has started it's pre-alpha run, we're now adding features and testing.

It'll be ready when we're done. I won't set any ETA.

I am not really sure on that one, as higher buff times causes imbalance. We'll test it and see what impact it has on pvp.

We discussed the Buffer issue internally, and we'll be adding a NPC Buffer, but, only a few selected buffs will be available, so that it won't be a complete waste to use a support class. Does that sound more appealing for you guys ?
