trust me custom features sucks, ppl will hate them ppl love servers that are as close to retail possible ...do a server like that and remove all the things we all hate or are tired to do over and over (no class quests, easy xp, etc...) keep gameplay as retail and let players do straight to the fun party (end game pvp) and the ammount of players in these servers will never get as close to the ammount of players that servers like L2 DEX, L2 PARADISE or L2 XTREME had they all have 4000+ online and they all were clsoest to retail... if 250, 300 is a lot of players to you...LOL to me that ammount of players represents the ammount of ppl that are joining and will stay for a few days then leave, and more will come and do the same thing....they wont stay for long RANDOM SERVER = RANDOM FEATURES = RANDOM PEOPLE = RANDOM POPULATION one more high rate server to the bottom of the TOP 100...good for cheating!!!!

i choose both because i use both duhhh anyway i use accessories no one uses or few ppl does, and i tend to go with armor that ppl think it sucks like Majestic or Major Arcana in place of DC robe set, so my character always looks unique!

these classes farm faster in high rates... but high rates arent the real situation..even in high rates Elemental summoner is the best farmer, because you can get yourself MASS AURA FLARE augment and kill thousands of mobs at primeval isle so you can get the insale c.speed of 2.309, huge pdef with summon TP, zero reuse delay on augment cuz of Arcane agility, and a buff no other class has because its 3 minutes only and usually is not in the npc buffers (seraphim gift) Titan, Dreadnought, Storm Screamer, all die a lot... best class for farming, low rates retail style or crazy high rates is Elemental summoner

Spectral Master beats Storm Screamer with one hand....one mage bane that lands and ST is doomed ppl that makes that kind of polls are all unexperienced players that follow the majority... Storm Screamer is a popular class because "IT WAS" the top mage for many chronicles and the only one able to fight archers easily...so many uses it but since Spectral Master got death spike in Gracia, things changed a lot Spectral Master beats way too many classes in this game...so its #1 in Gracia

I never being victim of scammers... maybe the fact of play like 90% of time in giran town, being clan leader and doing stuff for the clan helped me to identify scammers easy... also i know how hard it is to earn huge ammounts of adena and the responsability to deal with clan members money (i used to make them deposit every week on clan WH)...so im always careful with adena and trades but one example of scam is trade sell gemstones D as SOP like many said other is sell key parts such as branch of the mother tree and then cancel trade and put stem in its place... that works with many itens in the game ... trade windows with unknow ppl is dangerous, thats why i always make them open private store when im buying

Elemental Summoner...no other class in the game can solo LOA to do alone the A grade robe recipe quest... best farmer, safe and fast

i usually pick the flower circlet for female human mystic (looks awesome with majestic or major arcana) and the teddy bear or party hat for dwarf

yes but most of us experienced players already did everything on L2 .... dont wanna start all over again...crafting, making money, do quests, wait for raid bosses, farm etc takes a lot of work in my dreams server, all that is gone, but keeping the best elements from L2 and going straight to the fun (mass pvps) raid boss jwerly is very hard to obtain in servers without mana pots...takes effort from many parties for lots of hours only ones easy to get are baium and ant queen in gm shop, everyone would have a chance to get them..and btw, why other ppl cant get them? from my pov RB wont make anyone better skilled player...increase stats, dont make the player better and by the time they do all subclasses lvling and playing in group and all PVE parts required to lvling and learn skills, they wont be so noob anymore **ppl that spend time doing role playing, farming and trading in the market, are usually better players than those who spend all day doing pvps with random ppl..they know a lot about the game and about every class to know how to pvp...

Well, i play L2 has a long time, since it first came out in 2004 and i must say... servers with loads of custom content are boring, ppl dont stay much longer in that kind of server..once they do everything they leave the server and that includes good players with good alliances that rules the server for a time, get bored and leave it forever...because custom content kills the server, kills classes (specially mana pots and npc buffer)

i cant use few words because Dominator has a lot of advantages over Doomcryer... not clan members have the same class.ok but for those that have different classes, there are prophets to fix the buffs btw only noob clan recruits random ppl.... in mass pvp, clans go as mages + supports or archer + supports good clans usually dont mix many different classes in fights to prevents this problem... thats why u read in shout: - CLAN RECRUITING ARCHER - CLAN RECRUITING MAGES for heallers, tanks etc, since theyre not majority, use a prophet to fix the buff bar not an useless class like Doomcryer that born doomed in the shadow of Dominator

Doomcryer as a fighter is just as mediocre as a dwarf in robe and fighting with 2 handed staff Dominator has so many things Doomcryer doesnt have lol - ability to recover its own CP - ability to recover clan member CP...and recover many ppl at once...even if theyre not in the party - ability to buff lots of clan members at once (not only random party noobs) - wild magic, wind walk, berserker, empower equal buffs - buff that increase cp - party invincibility - soul guard to increase pdef (yes, it also has soul cry) - arcane power (to increase mdef, and leech a lot more hp on drains) - same 76+ passive skills as the wizards (for matk) - a huge variety of debuffs including silence, mass hold and wind shackle equivalent..the most complete debuffer in the game, i say in other hand Doomcryer is a mediocre class left under the shadow of Dominator since...hmmm...PRELUDE? and that will never change all exclusive buffs Doomcryer has is chant of magnus and protection...ahhh, and Arcane Wisdom, the worst skill ever a Dominator does good in all of its hole -can pvp 1x1 -its awesome at mass pvp -one of top classes at olympiad (losing only to heallers/summoners and prophet) -can do solo pve without trouble..but ofc its much better in group -can work as a CP healler -mass debuffer a Doomcryer is a xp leecher that runs out of mp and cannot do anything but sleep a few targets, watch the fights and die/get back to town.... and Doomcryer cannot win Hierophant at olympiad what a Doomcryer will do after run out of mp? ahhh lol and steal essence is a fire attack...Prophet has insane resistance to elemental attacks, specially fire, because Prophecy of Fire protects against that too...so in olympiad is 3x fire resistance on the prophet, 4x if he gets a Valakas necklace too as Elemental Master i used to rape Doomcryers with one hand, because they simply run out of mana very fast and does crap damage in the servitor...like 400 damage/200 mp cost in the summon when im healling back for 1200 hp with 120 mp cost at a two times superior speed...if they sleep my summon i cast lvl 1 wind strike on it to awake...since they cant sleep me cuz i wear mental shield from Hell knife/SA and nightmarish leather to prevents sleep

but Doomcryer doesnt have anything special besides CoM and chant of protection for that reason its being used to walk with mages....buff and go outside the party, cuz that Evas Saint is so much more useful....she can POW herself and be effective in fight... what a doomcryer does after buff? just watch the fight....cuz he doesnt have mana left for anything... and we all know how much better Trance is than dreaming spirit - hey doomcryer buff our party for pvp... /invite Doomcryer kick doomcryer /invite EvasSaint lets go! i would never replace a Dominator for a Doomcryer just because Dominator has CoV for archer party for mage party i ask for a friend buff CoM and protection and than i kick him and replace with Evas Saint..which worth a lot more about Prophet...lol...if u think prophet resist buffs are useless...just check how a Hierophant does at olympiad and than check Doomcryer.... Hierophant is one of best classes for olympiad because resist buffs makes all difference on pvp...only retards does pvp's without pick the basic resist buffs Chant of evasion, vampiric and revenge are ubber useless in pvp..sorry elemental protection, unholy resistance and resist wind/water depending on enemy works a lot better if u feel the need to waste slots with these buffs theyre 20 minute buffs so dont talk Sword Muse also has resist buffs cuz they eat lots of MP and are less than 3 minutes

ELEMENTAL PROTECTION....nobody has it... holy and unholy resistance.... resist aqua, wind and fire greater shield and greater might what a PP doesnt have, a Dominator has plus Dominator has equal buffs to Empower and WM...yes ELEMENTAL SUMMONER can do that and can give clarity and seraphim gift too...but we have 8 slots and were trying to get the most useful classes for the fight... and Prophet can do something Doomcryer cant...Burn the enemy bishop MP.... in mass PVP the Prophet can stay outside the party, and he will be fine alone..since he can return fast if in dangerous Doomcryer will just die....and cry lol thats why its called Doomcryer, they buff , go out of MP, and cry all the time to ppl help him earn XP Dominator, SWS, BD, BISHOP only buffs Dominator misses are greater shield and might and some others prophet has....Prophecy of water is worse than Magnus, but i would never waste a spot for some useless revenge and vampiric the chant of protection is the only exclusive buff Doomcryer has in truth...thats a great buff ... Some clan talk: -some1 change to DC subclass and buff chant of protection/magnus in the party before we go!!!! -omg change back to Dominator and give us berserker plxxxxxx, dont forget to give cp in the pvp!!!! -lets teleport all together before chants ends!!!!

Spectral Master is the best Summon is huge, matk is huge, cubics are huge, the class can debuff fighters and cancel mages and can attack with death spike at great speed (arcane agility) with transfer pain you get twice HP , just put summon in servitor UD ppl wont be able to do anything on it...

thing is....Doomcryer is a class that will always stay in the shadow of Dominator... who cares about Doomcryer if we have Dominator in the Clan? The buffs Dominator miss we can get from Hierophant, which will always be required.... Dominator buffs more ppl and buffs better than Doomcryer...does better at olympiad, does better at mass pvp and does better at PVE Dominator cannot be replaced...Doomcryer gets replaced by many classes, and they will still have mp left for pvp!!!! Mages can get magnus from a DC and kick it from party... an Evas Saint is a lot more useful anyway...they can recharge!

no, u can lvl up in garden of beasts in the beginninf of the 70's..theyre all low HP mobs , they die fast and give decent xp also wall of argos is easy...not the part where you do the quests for the 60's the 3rd floor of TOI is great theres many spots for solo play

sometimes its hard to find parties.... you can solo in the 1/2 hp mobs...there are many spots around the map for all levels all characters i started i leveled alone without need of parties, i started as a elemental summoner, and i know a lot of good spots for solo PVE almost 5 years of Lineage experience ^^ anyway, doomcryer in mass pvp is the most boring class ever...you have to buff and the little mp that left you use to sleep some targets, if it lands.... than ure dead and back to town cuz nobody cares to ress you... you can do a lot more with a dwarf than with a doomcryer....at least a DWARF huge HP helps a lot in balance life

well i dunno about you but as a Doomcryer i felt the need to use multiple setups in order to survive to many different situations this game offers example: solo PVE i tend to use BW light, to get more mp regen, c.speed, more pdef resistance than robes having all benefits in c.speed and mp regen...and play as a fighter, just casting freezing flame and going for melee mass pvp> ofc a robe, but i pick stun resistance of majestic over dc c.speed any time...since i can spam dreaming spirit on mass pvp and i will have tons of mp solo pvp in the field> i dont find myself in that situation since only stupid people fights random ppl, but majestic prevents against stun and its for sure the best choice since it protects against biggest number of classes...dreaming spirit makes aganist mages anyway olympiad> i like to have a nightmare light set to fight against other Doomcryer and Dominator, or even other mages, since i can sleep them easy even with a lot less c.speed and they cannot sleep me... freezing flame> dreaming spirit...get close (if mage), wait target awake and hammer crush, freezing flame, hammer crush....when cp ends switch fast to c.speed robe and steal essence

if you want to make a custom server with easy stuff, *put limitations like buff time so all classes can become useful and play active... *make max enchant +6 so ppl wont walk around your server with overpowered gear that makes non offensive classes useless..all classes have right to fight fair *add reuse limit to mana pots so heals and drains wont be spammable *make equipment in gm shop expansive, so ppl will work for them *make raidboss jewerly drop only or add them to shops, but make them hard to obtain *make S grades hard to obtain *add all weapons to shops, some ppl like to play with the equipment (like me) *dont mess with skills...cancel, banes, etc are there to be used and are part of the gameplay *dont mess with augments *make lifestones expansive if u gonna add them on shops

OMG i miss so much play Lineage 2!!!! i miss it like if i was more happier that time lol...cant wait to finish school and get back to it!!!! i miss enchanting, crafting, making money, pvps, pk's, clan wars, everything!!!! today i complete 1 year without play Lineage 2!!!!! and i played it since 2004 in its release!!!! without stop!!!! i was hearing Dion Theme on Youtube and made me remember that i will always be a dwarf and i am meant to sell soulshots!!!!
