Can't be l2j, the thing thats happening here is that java wants to take a lib awt.dll to your program(the server) that has no access too. This could be a compile error try to look in DimentionalRift class and look for any kind of warning red or yellow. But also it can be the issue if you installed only jdk, and that lib is used and granted access only to jdk, and no other application, if you install only jdk a jre folder will be created in the 'Program Files\Java' root folder thats gonna be used specifically and only for jdk, in conclusion make sure you installed jre too. jvm is set on launch arguments, with a max and min width. and when dose he get that ?

That still gonna suck, you cant randomize a count that's percentage is larger for the specific individual's clan, meaning that some ppl are not gonna get ported or the oly will not continue for low populated server thus rendering this system useless. L2Client can get the pc local ip tho too, and mac via ProtocolVersion I actually know Realtek's coding skills and also why would he need someone else to sell his stuff ?
