PvE = Player vs enemy... That mean's against mob. Do you have trouble killing a mob with -8 con using HP potions with a Dagger class? With 4 Str and 4 Dex bonus ;D Then you are hopeless ;D I dont know what uber server u play. But i played many L2J with ~500 Online less or more, and it's working perfectly everywhere. It's working ~90% That was just my opinion about Dyes... P.S. GJ.

U mean u use root vs Dagger? They can simply do escape shackle... I think Gladiator's are the most powerfull on olympiad games...The big dmg they do + Sonic Barrier.

Str dont affect Skill land rate... this is bull**it... It' only add's P atk. Nothing More. And you dont get much dmg bonus if you enchant your dagger, and attack using skills. With a +21 dagger you do max 100+ more dmg than using a +0 dagger... So it's useless (On Low,Mid )
