1. No server can run on a vps (especially l2), a private server needs a lot of CPU, RAM and internet connection. 2. A DDos attack means the end of it. Trust me, you can't just block the IP of the attacker + you will have problem on vps.

Difficult to find something like that. The most of the guys who trade with 1 euro fee are scammers.
