Help My login server is ok and my gameserver but i cant login i see the server Bartz and i try to click it but nothing happens

A little help guys Loginserver works Gameserver works but when i login and i get to the part where it sayd: Bartz i try to login but i cant i have made a system ((maybe my ports are the problem?)) and if so can SOMEONE PLEASE tell me how to open/fix them thank you
