The answer is pretty, however I am sorry to say you are not able to provide 'custom filtering system' in OVH. Because you cannot simple use the needed equipments in their 'budget network' IE: Where you are hosting your website :) Sure you can do some iptables rules... but really this is all you are up to, because who does have the control on it all, is OVH or Voxility always (They do have the mitigation system hardware in their hands, you just have the dedicated server).

What you forgot to mention : "I am OVH / Voxility Reseller" ! And basically, if anyone want these types of services, they can just get a dedicated server in these places. Because there isn't anything else you can do other than those two companies can do by their own (I am speaking about mitigation only in this case)... Now if you want to offer 'management services' it is acceptable, however the entirely focus of your offer would need to be changed :) (Just an opinion tho).

Also for small/new servers they have their micro packages : Click Here Works good, because if you don't have many players, it get cheap :) and once you grow then you can move to the enterprise level packages (this did not exist before, because these packages are brand new).

I wouldn't go anywhere, because there is no dedicated server with ddos protection 100% safe from attacks. They will go down on first hit, they will lag during attacks and always, small parts of attacks will achieve the server. There is no company with such good solution yet. I am telling you out from experience, as I've used : BlackLotus, Staminus, Dragonara, OVH, Voxility...

You will not find something that works good the way you expect, but the money is yours hehe.

This is untrue, disconnects happens mainly due to routing issues or maybe, just direct-attacks in your servers or even servers in the same rack, taking ddos attacks, causing problem to your server since both shares the same switch. However, you should work with them any issues you have, and if the issue is not fixed, you need to let them know about it, until you both, find the solution :). Dedicated Servers with included DDoS Protection, doesn't works, at least I didn't saw any with good stability, OVH, Voxility and for example BlackLotus are pure examples of how this doesn't works the way it is expected. Your solution is not bad, but if it need adjustments, just make sure to be speaking/insisting with your company, because it is currently one of the best out there...

You don't know what you are talking about, period. OVH is not organized, but Voxility is even less organized than OVH, that is the whole true. Big numbers are amazing, the problem is, that 99% of the times, they are just lies. And this will not exclude voxility from the list. OVH works the same way as Voxility works. The main problem here is that NONE of the two, delivery what they advertise. They deliver 'something', but not what was 'advertised'.
