ahhh You want to be able to use your skills in peace zone?...If you're looking for it you can change zones from peace to PVP...just look into your config files

Here some hellbound files which include hellbound leveling and steel tower. It is NOT completed but i think this can be very usefull on some servers! I think this is what he's trying to say: If someone login in a peace zone everything is ok, but if he login in a non-peace zone he can enter a town and kill the other people. I'm not sure tho.

Anyway there are many rebirth systems..some of them gives you base stats reward like +1str etc...with the last one i've posted you can modify it to obtain special skills (like l2gold rebirth system)...just try to modify the patch ;)
