Solved. Wrong ports have been opened from the provider.

So is wrong from the proxy provider, or wrong ports opened.. :/

If i had a proxy ip, where do i put it on the pack? I had put in External Hostname the proxy ip, and in L2.ini, but i cant login to the server. (ps. server is hosted in a dedicated machine).

But enough with the big words, let me present you, the L2G-Reborn features: SERVER FEATURES: L2OFF not Java. Rates: -XP 45x / SP 45x / Adena 50x./ Spoil x5 Server -Retail server with custom modifications. Extra info -Buffs 1h,Tattoos, rebirth system,increased movement speed on all classes,ANTI-Buff added on all Classes. Rebirth System: L2G-Reborn has his own rebirth system. When you reach level 78, you go to Selenor, an npc located at the town of Aden, and ask him to rebirth you. When you have done, and u are again a novice (lvl. 1), you will earn the Book of Rebirth. You can exchange this book, on another npc, located at the guild of your rage, for a rebirth skill. Choose your rebirth skills, with wisdom, because you will not have the chance to change them. You can have 3 rebirths. Noblesse System: L2G-Reborn has its own Noblesse System. When you have complete the 3 rebirths, you can hunt with your parties the following special Raid Bosses, to earn the unique crowns, that are necessary to become a Nobless character. These Raid Bosses are: Death Lord Hallate (Black Crown) Kernon (Gold Crown) Longhorn Golkonda (Red Crown) Shilen's Messenger Cabrio (Silver Crown) Once you have collect all 4 crowns, and you are 78 level (with 3 rebirths), you can talk to the Nobless Manager, located at aden, and be a Nobless. Olympiad: L2G-Reborn has unique Olympiad too. Olympiad will be only Class Based. Too join, u have to be a Nobless Character. Dual Box is allowed, feeding is restricted. Olympiad will be checked, by a GM. Max enchant limit for armors-jewels is +6. Max enchant limit for weapons will be +16. Armor Shop: You can find ingame, armor shop till B Grade. Weapon Shop: You can find ingame weapon shop till A Grade. Refining System: L2G-Reborn has a system called refining, that allows you to increase the stats of your S grade armor, with some materials you can farm in special spots, from 55% to 100%. When a S grade armor be 100% (of course we talk about sets), will turn to Apella Armor. Appela Armor will also can be refined from 55% to 100%. The refinings can only take place on Mantra Manager. Here is some good things to know of Refining: The whole set needs to be the same % if you want to have the Set Bonus. You cannot fail when you Refine. The enchantments stay the same once you Refine your items. The heavy sets upper & lower body needs to be the same enchantment and both pieces needs to be 100% before you can transform it into Apella Heavy main. Augment System: You can augment your weapon, on the Blacksmith and earn special stats and passive skills. L2G-Reborn Jewelery: Necklaces: Necklace of Brakki Necklace of Hekaton Necklace of Naga Earrings: Earring of Garacsia Earring of Ipos Earring of Falston Earring of Vermilion Earring of Von Helman Earring of Kandra Rings: Ring of Shadith Ring of Mos Ring of Horuth Ring of Tayr (They can be obtained by hunting Special Raid Bosses).
