Can you stop bumping and start fixing?

This admin is never online on his server.. and if he is he doesnt communicate with players.. Mages hit 8k on mc,tyrants hit like truck.. Augment rate is 1% or something like that.. Bots all the day farming at farm areas admin or gm does nothing neither jail neither ban. Players zerging at all areas pking newbies.. Mulia doesnt even work like retail.. it adds 0 clan rep! pmed about this to the administration they dont give a f@ck im waiting 3 days to fix this.
