I want just the players to have a combo box list of teleports, and when they press Teleport button, they will be teleported there.

For example take a look how does AdminCreateItem handler works (there is combobox with currencies)

 

And simply edit it - adding teleToLocation(x, y, z); and thats all, really simple to do.
