Well its not something hard to adapt, but I did it for those who can't or too lazy.

The zip is a bit large, but its worth it, its beautiful!

 

-Its obvious how to apply this, just copy the files to the correct directory, overwriting the current.

Well on official servers, they released high five parts 1 - 4 in one update, and thats the latest login screen retail is using, + the new sky ofc.
