[HELP]problem with server

i done these http://www.maxcheaters.com/forum/index.php?topic=19649.0 i changed all the ips but i cant join the server now before i could join but now i cant help me plz

P.S it isnt saying me that i wrote wrong password it isnt doing anything!

in l2.ini in serveraddress you have to put your localip (127.0.0.1) as you are the owner... owners login to their server from this ip and others from your no-ip ;)

yes...with ip 127.0.0.1 i join but with my no-ip i cant....
