Wtf something wrongs and with buffer here sometimes make me buffer other times not

yeah you have to enable them from l2j-gameserver\dist\config\custom\custom.properties all these npc_buffer.properties all .... and for the gm shop to work you must go into custom.properties scroll down with mouse .. to see that
