not instead of IC but instead of tallum

 

a Dark Avanger for example got Reflect dmg skill and NM heavy as well as bonus,  

+ NM / Maj = best A (best armors are considered those who use MOST mats and give MOST P def , not wich is used most , this being said , NM and Maj are considerate best A)    = more P def than tallum and for a tank is more imp than atk speed belive me, when that crappy agression is kinda useless u dont need more atk speed for reuse, or poison/bleed rezist ,  but u need stun or root/sleep resist.

 

tallum is just an armor for farm, or skill bassed class GL for example.
