Yes, users can reward u with karma (not only in plus, also with -1).

 

About word "gettable", I think there is no such word in English. "Available" will be good in this context :)

look if you want to get karma you don't have to make too many topics or posts just be active at the forum and make guides that are useful so can help others (my opinion) and also forget karma karma is just a number. Don't think only the karma.
