Is there any video or a guide that shows me how to steal runes from others?

I have heard for this 1 week now and i would like to steal  :)

Stealing enemy buffs is your team's jungle job. Given you are a jungler and have Smite, ward enemy Lizard +Golem, and try to steal them with Smite when enemy tries to kill them.

Its not possible to steal the runes from other players..
