Hello folks. Today I created a website, for my forthcoming designing team, and I would like to know your opinions about it.

I tryed to figure out whats wrong with the menu as lelouch said........ anyway, i made the color a bit more gray, and added a light outer glow.

 

BTW, thats how the menu works: (full buttons)
