imo str+4 dex-4 wit+4 int-4

wit has to do with resistances. dex-4 on gladi is -10 crit rate MAX (i think its closer to 5-7) so its not big deal. same goes with speed/atk speed

I recommend heavy armor, because originally, the gladiators have heavy armor passive ability, a high level, this greatly affects your defense and class performance :D
