So i wanna ask you guys what would be the best solution? You have 2 options: 1) Remove the spoil skill from crafters 2) Find me skill with ID 254 and put it here.
0 Hardstyle Posted November 26, 2010 Posted November 26, 2010 check the npc.proprieties for SkillChancePenaltyForLvLDifferences if you don't want to totaly remove the skill from crafters... ore check for other skillchance ... ore to better <skill id="254" levels="11" name="Spoil" enchantGroup1="2" enchantGroup2="2" enchantGroup3="2"> ................................................................................... <table name="#ench3EarthPowerVuln"> 6 8 9 11 12 14 15 17 18 20 21 23 24 26 27 29 30 32 33 35 36 38 39 41 42 44 45 47 48 50 </table> <table name="#magicLvl"> 10 20 28 36 43 49 55 60 64 68 72 </table>change the 10 to 1 ... <table name="#mpConsume"> 12 19 25 31 38 44 50 55 59 63 67 </table> ................................................................................... <set name="magicLvl" val="#magicLvl" /> .................................................................... </skill> but this will make spoil lvl 1 for spoilers nerfed
0 fokys Posted November 26, 2010 Author Posted November 26, 2010 But the messed up thing is,why is this happening? Skills Spoil(1st) level can spoil any mob! These solutions are pretty brutal to be honest, remove or nerf! Maybe somebody has any other ideas?
0 Tryskell Posted November 26, 2010 Posted November 26, 2010 You got 5 solutions : - keep the skill like it is ; - nerf it to go back to the normal ; that means java dev, and depending of your failed pack (because I assume it's a random distribution) it can be *big* for you (rework of spoil chance). - delete the skill, easiest solution if you don't have any clue how to do second possibility. ---- - ask to the dev team to correct their failed pack and wait for the fix. - change of distribution because those sort of bugs mean nothing more you will have more problems in the future. Today it's the craft, tomorrow... ? Why devs have to fock things which work, when they could correct things which don't work ? ---- The more appropriate question would be : if this useless skill is buggy, what about others ? :D.
0 fokys Posted November 26, 2010 Author Posted November 26, 2010 I use L2J pack, and i think it is one of the best around! From solutions you have stated above best would be delete skill from crafters! It is important since i have mid rate server with crafting etc,and if crafters can spoil,no one will need spoilers, that means spoilers will die!
0 Tryskell Posted November 26, 2010 Posted November 26, 2010 If you "really" use L2J than do a ticket. But I really think you focked yourself something, or you use a distribution pack. Even based on L2J that doesn't mine it's L2J. And seriously I doubt you use L2J (or C2 chronicle perhaps).
0 fokys Posted November 26, 2010 Author Posted November 26, 2010 Well i might be stupid but not that stupid! I get that pack using Eclipse from L2J and it was clean Freya 7669/4422! I seen thread about this on l2j forum, and there was only 1 dumb comment from somebody, saying:Are you sure it is a bug? Thats all! And i know i have not touched any skills or anything,i do not mess about with things i am not sure about!
0 Tryskell Posted November 27, 2010 Posted November 27, 2010 If you "really" use L2J than do a ticket. That will help others people too.
