Im sure i can make a web for 1h+ and it will be 10 times better than your 1 week work design witch basic color is yellow and the header is a man on horse jesus

you have to learn how to deal with the clients. Reading a book or at least few articles would help you.

a website can be flash / html / php.

 

in php is much better than html since it cant be leeched + u make 1 page with all your website request and than the rest of pages only with the thing u want to add in that page.

you will not have 1000 pages with same codes and when u want to change for example the background img, you will not need to hange in all those 1000 pages, just in one and all its done.
