I prefer IC set instead of Dynasty. About subclass certification i always use chance haste, passive focus and celestial shield. I think your +5 wit -5 int dyes are fine.

i have tried recently playing tank (ST not PK) as a dd. with str+dex+con-- and it works. and u as pk u can do even better cause of sacrifice and tol. use boss jewels but no berz cause m def sucks like that. if there r no boss jewels and u can get vesper then use berz. always HEAVY armor!!!! and with flame icon + angelic icon u can kill 3-4 ppk easily on 1 vs 4
