If you want to open a server and need a banner for your web/forum ...etc u can try this generator it make nice banners and it is realy easy to use for beginers...

Here is an enterpage for your Lineage 2 server

it is animated an has the options you need for your enterpage

 

to set the vote links and mainpage link just edit the index.html

the logo can be found in images/logo.png

It's not really easy.. is f**king easy u have to put only the srv name and the extra things (like rates etc.). Thx for sharing.
