Why would you ask the community who they want to be promoted?You should promote the guys who  help and share the most (though I think there should be no-one promoted since no-one gives a sh1t anymore expect the low-postcount members and most of them are trustless.The forum is pretty dead, admit it, and mostly becuase its 1 ADMIN is more inactive than everyone)
