Look out the date... December 29, 2007, 05:30:52 AM, I'm sure that on December 29, 2007 it was working on dn and many other servers.

 

Btw I belive its working on dex O_o

 

I farmed some mss on fury(5000x) just to test if it could work on roxy(5x) and I tried it, 3/4 success rate.

3x moon dust done(15)

1x Lunargent fail

 

I might made something wrong, or it was just luck or ain't working there... Anyone tested it on l2dex? Too many success for a exploit fixed... I remember well when azurel2 fixed it, and it was almost 1/10 to get 5x amount by degree lvl 3.
