I'm sending them 1 by 1 LOL, only one name in the "To:" box, but still I get this error.

it is a SMF configuration disallowing the users to send pms with more than one recipient(0=disable and unlimited recipients  , 1=1recipient max ,2=2recipients and vice versa)

 

consider it as a spam filter

You can send only to one person each time.

 

Maximum number of recipients allowed in a personal message: 1

Post count under which users must enter code when sending personal messages: 2

Number of personal messages a user may send in an hour: 15
