ok we need 17 ++ the bless scroll ( 100%) will be at farm zone if yes will be difficult to obtain cuz i dont want to much time for this i want PVP

We are still working on class balance,the farming way isn't decided yet , but it wil not be so hard to obtain Blessed Scroll.
