[Report]Offensive&abusive &bad behaviour of a mod against member in PS section

here is a report about the global moderator blane ...since he is a global mod it doesnt mean that he can treat member like a dictator and he cant threat or flame any1 despite his rank...since he is a high class mod i m expecting an answer only from a superior(global mods can NOT  solve this matter)thank you

There's no threatening with ban, just some pixels to have fun with and yes its a piece of art.
