        This Stuck subclass system allow you to add subclass only from same race (Ex. Human + Human only, Orc + Orc only, etc..)
      Retail Sub max lvl 85 and you are able to add a stuck sub on retail sub
      Not Overpower characters
      Some passive skills are not stacking for more balance
      Some active skills are not working if you are not on ther specified class
      Transfer skills also working only if you will stay on healer class - so if you gonna change, transfer skills desappair

So if a new player joins he will have free buffs till lvl 61? And after lvl 61 no buffs? Only from newbie buffer then?
