[Help MaxAtt.Speed MAx casting

Έχω ένα  l2j interlude pack(με compile) και θέλω να μειώσω το att speed και  casting speed.

Πάω gameserver/config/altsetting αλλα δεν έχει την επολογή.... που ακριβώς πρέπει να το βάλω?Η μηπως γίνεται να το ρυθμίσω απο αλλού?
