[HELP] Change stats

Hi i dont know if here is the best place for ask it, but im new in l2j servers.

 

So i wanna ask if anyone can tell me where can i change the stats from weapons/armors, i mean exemple i have arcana mace and i wanna it give more 30% casting speed etc.

 

Im sorry if this is not the place.

1.) Go to: ...data\stats\weapon\6600-6699.xml

 

2.) Search for:
