Except of my graphic card, you must apply these settings at your counter strike source:

 

fps_max 500

Antialiasing/Filtering Mode: None/Bilinear

sometimes 720x480, but at the moment it's 1650x1080 with cl_crosshairsize 3 and full details except rendering, bloom etc.
