Well, on Interlude it's useless because it gives Less pdef and crap like that, but you should see in Gracia Final... Prophecy of Wind gives MORE CRIT RATE and MORE ACCURACY with same other stats like COV.

if something is killed it means its dead and l2 is far away from beeing dead we alredy discussed this in my other topic there are many server with 2-3000+ players under gracia epilogue or final so you are wrong here.
