is there a way in order players make donate from website. i mean they choose what the want to donate the choose their char name the pay via paypal and thats it.

You have to create PhP engine for your website to connect and modify L2J DataBase.

I dont think so, because I have never see that before. Perhaps you can pay for service (coders,php experts etc.) Good luck, and here is the wrong place for this thing, you won't find your solution here for this request  ;) .
