[help] immortal bug....

Firstable hello guys, I have a problem when a player uses cp  pots (with cp clicker) and dies he presses "to villiage" and he doesn;t get up he stays on the ground somebody resses him and he is immortal.... how do i fix ths? btw theres no cp reuse time. However i;m not sure if this is the case, becaue i know people that become immortal without the cp thing.... its when they die and go "to villiage" they don;t get up sometimes and than somebody reses them and theyr immortal how to fix that :S? sorry for this whole load of questions but i'm not sure how to fix it
